The hotel accommodates 30 guest rooms and 20 suites in its 23 floors. Rooms are comfortable and have all the necessary features that are usually offered in other New York hotels. All the rooms are provided with king size beds and a living area. Some of the features that each room possess include high speed Internet connections, premium bedding, CD and DVD Player, hair drier, iron with ironing board, multi line telephone, turndown service, air conditioning, bath robes, bathroom telephones, complementary toiletries, desk, clock radio, in room safes and so on. Guests may also have hypoallergenic bedding if they so wish. Special requests have to be made in case of rollaway beds and cribs but for this, extra charges are applicable. Separate smoking rooms are also available.

Guests must carry their photo identification cards and credit cards or cash deposits with them at the time of check in. this is necessary in case of incidental charges.
